• Technical and usage data — such as device and browser information and how you interact with the page, collected via analytics.

2. How we use your data

• To generate and deliver your personalised Compass results.
• To email you your results and, where you have consented, the execution email course and related guidance from Max Scott.
• To understand how the Compass is used so we can improve it.
• To respond to your enquiries.

3. Lawful basis

We process your name, email, and assessment answers on the basis of your consent, which you give when you tick the consent box and submit your details. We rely on our legitimate interestsin operating, securing, and improving the service for limited technical and analytics data. You can withdraw consent at any time (see "Your rights" below).

4. Who we share it with

We use trusted third-party processors to run the service. They only process your data on our instructions:

• Supabase — secure database and hosting of submissions and results (EU region).
• Resend — sending your results and course emails.
• Zoho CRM — managing your enquiry and contact record.
• PostHog — product analytics.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• AI processing — your assessment answers are processed by an AI model to generate your written debrief. We do not use your data to train third-party models.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your personal data for as long as needed to provide the service and our ongoing communications, and thereafter only as long as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

6. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request erasure of your data.
• Object to or restrict processing.
• Withdraw consent at any time, and unsubscribe from our emails using the link in every email.
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
